Give regular glass a colourful makeover with our Stained Glass Paint Set. Outline your design, fill each section with colour and watch the light dance through. Follow one of the included templates or design something of your own, and turn windows, picture frame glass, acrylic, and other smooth surfaces into something worth hanging.
This stained glass window paint set includes five translucent colours, Opaque White, Clear, and Black Faux Leading for classic stained glass-style outlines. The pointed applicator nozzles give you control as you outline and fill, and the colours blend together or mix with Clear to create even more shades and effects. Leading takes around eight hours to dry before you add colour, so plan the outline and the fill as two sittings. Once you're ready for a change, designs can be removed from non-porous surfaces.
This stained glass paint set comes with three printed templates to get you started, plus a QR code for more free designs online. Use the glass paint for stained glass effects on glass, acrylic and other smooth surfaces, and let the light do the rest.

Handy hints
- Place a template behind your clear surface and follow the lines to build your design. An empty picture frame can make a great surface to start with.
- Practise with the Black Faux Leading on scrap paper first. Hold the nozzle 1–2cm above the surface and use steady pressure for smoother, more even lines.
- Let the Black Faux Leading dry for approximately 8 hours before adding colour.
- Blend colours while wet to create your own shades or mix with Clear to soften and lighten them.
- Want to add some texture? Gently move the wet paint in circular or swirling motions before leaving it to dry.
