If you’re looking for Christmas themed projects, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve gathered some of our cutest festive creations so you can get arty this holiday season. Our whole team banded together to make projects that suit a range of skill levels and experience, so there’s something for everyone. Pick a project and make something with your loved ones in time for Christmas.

Pawprint ornament DIY

Grab a furry friend for this fun project! Create the shape of your choice from air dry clay – we went with a basic circle, but you could make a heart, star, or whatever shape you can fit a pawprint on. Make sure the shape is at least a couple of centimetres thick before you press your beloved pet’s paw into the middle. You can place a layer of clingfilm around their paw if you like or give their foot a rinse with pet-safe soap and water after contact with the clay. Once you’re happy with the imprint, leave the clay to dry for at least 24 hours before painting it a festive colour. Watch the video to see the step-by-step process!

Acrylic pour Christmas balls

Use our SuperCell paints to make super special Christmas baubles! Make a flat bauble shape with air dry clay so the cells don’t have to fight against gravity as they form. Try all sorts of colour combos like the two styles above and below, or use the handpicked shades in our SuperCell Pouring Paint Sets. Have a look at the videos to see how ours came out.

Polymer clay Christmas wreath

DIY a tiny Christmas wreath using Polymer Clay. You can scale this design to suit you – just change the size of the leaves according to the end result you’re looking for. We kept it small so this wreath could be used for earrings, a keyring, or a micro-ornament on the tree! Finishing it off with our Gloss Acrylic Varnish adds an extra shine so it’s ready for display.

Easy Christmas candy cane crafts

Looking for some simple Christmas activities? Why not make this cute candy cane ornament to hang up on your Christmas tree! It’s simple to put together – just entwine air dry clay to create the cane shape and then once dry, paint it in the traditional white and red! Have a go by following along with our handy tutorial – this one’s great for the whole fam to try.

Tealight holder DIY

Level up the humble tealight and bring a touch of Christmas cheer to your house. We kept this design simple, with a couple of cute pine trees adorning the snowy holder. Great for creating a cozy atmosphere, DIY this design for personal decor or as a handmade gift. Just check out the video above to learn how.

Handmade Xmas baubles

Add a vibrant touch to the humble Christmas bauble with our Acrylic Pouring Paints. Watch as the colours slide over the spherical shape to create dynamic patterns and effects. Every design you make is unique as the paint flows differently for each pour. Gather your loved ones and try out these easy decorations to make together!

Making gnomes out of clay

If you’re looking for a project that you can sink your teeth into, why not have a go at these Scandi Christmas gnomes? You can keep them simple with less texture or add more details depending on your skills and preferences. Have fun once the clay has dried creating seasonal outfits and hats for your gnomes – it’s a great activity to try with friends.

Gingerbread art project

DIY a polymer clay gingerbread house that looks so good you’ll want to eat it! The great thing about this project is that polymer clay doesn’t go bad like gingerbread, so all your hard work will stick around for holidays to come. You can put your own spin on the finishing touches like the icing and details to make the house fit your vibe.

DIY candy cane earrings

Grab some Polymer Clay and make your own festive accessories! We twist together red and white clay to make a candy cane shape before baking and wearing them! Make sure you let the clay cool before donning your creations.
